Our first goal will be finding relief from the overwhelming stress and anxiety you feel.
Mindfulness techniques, self-care, and coping skills will teach you to manage your emotions without using your eating disorder. Learning self-compassion will start to chip away at the voice of self-criticism that whispers those “I’m not good enough” thoughts. And with a calmer, more compassionate mind, we can accomplish our second goal: finding what brings you fulfillment and satisfaction. Body acceptance isn’t possible without a fulfilling, joyful life. Using what you value most, we can set goals and a vision for the life you want to live.
Initial Consult $185 (55 Minutes)
In our first session, we will do a full assessment of the problems and challenges you want to solve. We will discuss your relationship with food and body image, as well as your mood and current life stressors. This is our time to set goals and formulate a game plan.
Follow Up Sessions $150 (45 Minutes)
Follow up sessions are our time to work toward the goals we set in your initial consult. This is where you learn coping skills, process your feelings, and get support.
