1. Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with the necessary documentation if you would like to take advantage of your out-of-network benefits. Many of my clients are able to receive at least partial reimbursement from their insurance companies.
2. Where are you located?
We work from our home office near downtown Houston, and are conveniently located near The Heights, Montrose, Downtown, and Washington Corridor. We can provide specific location details after you book your first appointment.
3. How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
Finding a new therapist can be hard. We recommend booking one session as a test run to see if we are a good fit for each other. If you aren't feeling a connection after the first 1-2 sessions, We’re happy to refer you to another provider who may be a better fit.

5. Do you offer web therapy?
Yes, we do! We use a secure, fully HIPPA-compliant web therapy service to conduct virtual sessions with Texas residents. Web sessions are a great option for anyone who is traveling, has a hectic schedule, or lives too far from our office to meet in person.
