1. Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with the necessary documentation if you would like to take advantage of your out-of-network benefits. Many of my clients are able to receive at least partial reimbursement from their insurance companies.


2. Where are you located?

I work from my home office near downtown Houston, and am conveniently located near The Heights, Montrose, Downtown, and Washington Corridor. I can provide specific location details after you book your first appointment.


3. How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?

Finding a new therapist can be hard. I recommend booking one session as a test run to see if we are a good fit for each other. If you aren't feeling a connection after the first 1-2 sessions, I'm happy to refer you to another provider who may be a better fit.


4. I have additional questions, can I speak with you before booking a session?

5. Do you offer web therapy?

Yes, I do! I use a secure, fully HIPPA-compliant web therapy service to conduct virtual sessions with Texas residents. Web sessions are a great option for anyone who is traveling, has a hectic schedule, or lives too far from my office to meet in person.
