MY approach

Your problems don't have to stop you from pursuing the life you want. Get out of your head and start living.

Hi, I’m Kelsey Fyffe! As a clinically-trained therapist, I want you to know that your anxiety, worries, and obsessions do not have to hold you back from living the peaceful, satisfied life you crave. As a specialist in anxiety and eating disorders, I'm here to help you learn the skills and strategies needed to calm your mind and feel at ease with yourself.

It’s not enough to simply stop feeling distressed. You deserve to live a life of value and purpose - one free from self criticism and shame. I help my clients learn to navigate obstacles in life so they can move towards the goals they have for their futures.

As an anxious perfectionist myself, I understand how easy it is to feel trapped in your head. I started Live Mindfully because I want to show you a different way to cope with your thoughts and feelings. Whether you need to heal your relationship with food, your body, or your anxiety, a path exists to help you. I’d love to show you how.

The Live Mindfully Philosophy

You don't have to wait for life to feel perfect before pursuing your dreams. You can have that life now.

Are you ready to get out of your head and live a satisfying, value-driven life? I can help you ignore the unhelpful thoughts in your mind and live a life of balance and self-compassion instead. Your life has no room for judgment or self-criticism, and you have much more important things to do than entertain the thoughts that tell you "I'm not good enough."

Working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, my primary goal is to help you change your relationship to your experiences so that uncomfortable thoughts and emotions no longer hold power over you. This puts you in the ideal place to identify your own core values, and journey toward the life you want to live.
