Meet the Live Mindfully Team

Meet Kelsey Fyffe

Founder & Therapist

Hi, I’m Kelsey! As a clinically-trained therapist, I want you to know that your anxiety, worries, and obsessions do not have to hold you back from living the peaceful, satisfying life you crave. By specializing in anxiety and eating disorders, I'm here to help you learn the skills and strategies needed to calm your mind and feel at ease with yourself. As an anxious perfectionist myself, I understand how easy it is to feel trapped in your head. I started Live Mindfully because I want to show you a different way to cope with your thoughts and feelings. Whether you need to heal your relationship with food, your body, or your anxiety, a path exists to help you. I’d love to show you how.
